Suggested Grade Level: 1 - 24:00 - 5:30 PMM, T, Th, FJanuary 27 - February 7Students go on great adventures to find ways of helping the main characters. They explore beginning programming skills while creating LEGO robots.
Suggested Grade Level: 1 - 34:00 - 5:30M, T, Th, FMarch 10 - 21Using a drone-base theme this class will include physical play, unplugged coding, math games, hands-on build challenges & prompt engineering.
Suggested Grade Level: 3-54:00 - 5:30M, T, Th, FFebruary 24 - March 7Students will observe changes in energy during a collision, describe the relationship between energy and speed, and predict how energy moves while building LEGO robots.
Suggested Grade Level: 4 - 64:00 - 5:30M, T, Th, FFebruary 3 - 14Students will learn how to use the stop motion studio software and how to create an interesting and engaging video independently and with a partner.
Suggested Grade Level: 4 - 64:00 - 5:30M, T, Th, FMarch 31 - April 11Students will use drones to go on STEM missions that require them to work in teams, fail forward, and explore solutions to real-world problems.
Suggested Grade Level: 6 - 84:00 - 5:30M, T, Th, FMarch 3 - 14Students will design and code marble mazes using a Raspberry Pi computer and SenseHAT. They will try out different maze ideas by writing their own Python code.
Suggested Grade Level: 7+4:00 - 5:30T, ThApril 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 22. 24, 29Students will create an interactive digital comic book. To prepare they will learn different media available (words, visuals, audio, animation, etc.), some of the history of comics and illustrated storytelling, and work on crafting a short story from start to finish.
